    Our 3-Step Process

    Our innovative approach helps preserve traditional fishing villages by reducing pressure

    on wild fish stocks, creating a sustainable food supply to meet growing demand.

    STEP 1: SOURCE THE BEST CELLS
    We start with cell samples from healthy fish from various seafood supply sources around Iceland, ensuring we have the highest quality starting point for our seafood.

    STEP 2: CULTIVATE WITH CARE
    In nutrient-rich bioreactors powered by green energy, the cells grow, multiply and thrive into substantial cell masses, eliminating the need for traditional fishing.

    STEP 3: TRANSFORM INTO DELICIOUS DISHES
    The cell masses are then transformed into delicious, real seafood by our culinary partners. The result is real seafood with all the flavors but without the environmental impact, pollution, or microplastics.

She brings 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, excelling in strategic leadership and business growth within the scientific and commercial sectors. Birgitta is recognized for her expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business success.
  • ALEXANDER SCHEPSKY ALEXANDER SCHEPSKY,Ph.D., is our Chief Scientist Officer with a PhD in Life Sciences. With more than 30 years of experience in cell research, he is a leading expert in his field, known for advancing scientific knowledge and innovation in cellular biology. Alexander has been instrumental in securing several high-profile research grants, driving forward pioneering projects in the life sciences.
